We have one of the biggest effluent treatment plant in an area of about 50,000 square feet. We have specialized team and lab for the ETP.
Our Effluent treatment plant is enhanced with modern technique 4 stages RO system by which we obtain zero liquid discharge.
We use nano filter membrane technology to recover brine water by which salt consumption is reduced in dyeing.
With Evaporator and ATFD we recover salt of 5 tons/month which is reused.

We use azo-free dyes and chemicals in our dyeing house which are also complying with Oekotex standards, Ours is a ‘Zero Liquid Discharge’ (ZLD) facility since 2016, which means no liquid from the process is discharged to environment.
We use ERP system to integrate all business management function which include sales, purchase, inventory, planning, stock maintenance, production updating, delivery, finance and costing.
